How it Works:
When you refer a new customer to our service, you will receive a coupon good for one month of free MWSI dial-up internet service.  ISDN, wireless internet and web hosting customers will receive a coupon good for $14.95 off of a monthly bill. 

Rules and Regulations:
To qualify for a free month of dial-up internet, the new customer must mention your name during their initial sign-up.  Most customers are asked how they heard about us during phone sign-ups.  Customers signing up for service at our office are given a sign-up form which includes a space for referral information.
Free-Month coupons are sent out to the referring customer once the first payment is received from the new customer.  This offer is only good for new customers who have not had prior service through MWSI.  Customers who have had prior service are not considered "new" customers. 
The new customer must pay for no less than one month of internet service for the referring customer to be eligible for the free month. 

Each coupon is valid for no less than one year from the issue date.  All coupons have unique coupon numbers which are used to track individual coupon status.  MWSI is not responsible for lost coupons and is unable to generate new coupons to replace lost coupons.  Coupons must be presented in our office or mailed in to our office in lieu of payment.  We are also able to accept e-mailed or phoned in coupon information, so long as a valid coupon number is provided to us.  If you chose to e-mail this information to us, the e-mail must include the billing name of the redeeming customer (if the e-mail is sent from an address other than the customer's mwsi.net e-mail address) and the valid coupon number.  Free month coupons are not transferable among customers and have no cash value.

Coupons are good for the price of one moth dial-up internet service only.  Coupons must be received by the due date of the bills the coupons are used for to avoid late fees. 

Customers using our credit card auto-pay service can bring, send, e-mail or phone their coupon information in to us at any time during their billing cycle and we will avoid charging their card for the next billing cycle. 

Customers using our annual prepayment billing may bring, send, e-mail or phone their coupon information in to us at any time and we will delay their annual billing by one month per coupon.  Annual customers may also submit all coupon information to us at their next billing to receive their free months.  Free months from customer referrals will not effect the 10% discount for annual prepayment. 

Annual Drawing for Six Months Free Dial-Up Service:

How it Works:
Not only will referring customers receive a free month of dial-up internet service for each new customer, they will also have their names entered into our annual drawing for six free months of dial-up internet service for each customer they refer. 
The drawings are held each year in January for the previous year.  For each customer you refer to us from January 1 through December 31, your name is entered into the drawing one time.  The more customers you refer, the better your chances of winning the six free months of service. 

Rules and Regulations:
For each valid new customer referral resulting in the receipt of a Free Month Coupon, the referring customer's name is entered into our drawing, regardless of whether or not the coupon was redeemed. 

The winner of the drawing will be notified via e-mail after the drawing.  Their name will be released to any current customer requesting winner information.  If the winner refuses to allow their name to be released to customers requesting this information, they will forfeit the free months of service and a new winner will be drawn from the original entries. 

The six free months of service will begin with the current billing cycle if the account is unpaid at the time of the drawing, or at the beginning of the next billing cycle if the current cycle has already been paid. 

If the winning customer still has a valid coupon or coupons which are due to expire before the six free months of service are completed, the coupon information will be requested at the time of notification of winning.  The outstanding free months will be honored by adding the valid coupon(s) to the six free months. 
 

Failure to comply with the above rules and/or any attempt at fraud can result in immediate disconnection from MWSI internet service.
