Unable to Send E-Mail
If you receive e-mail messages with no problem but can't send e-mail messages, or if you can send e-mail messages but only to people with @mwsi.net e-mail addresses, you probably have a setting off in in your Outlook Express Program.  To correct this problem, follow these simple steps:

1.   Open your Outlook Express program
2.   Click on "Tools" at the top of your screen
3.   Click on "Accounts"
4.   If the "Mail" tab is not already displayed, click on it
5.   Click on your mwsi.net e-mail account one time to highlight it
6.   Click the "Properties" button
7.   Click on the "Servers" tab
8.   Click inside the check-box next to "My server requires authentication"
9.   Click the "Apply" button
10. Click the "Okay" button

You should now be able to send e-mail to any valid address.

Invalid E-Mail Address Error

Many times the reason an e-mail can't be sent is simply an incorrect e-mail address.  E-Mail addresses are spelling and sometimes even case sensitive, so make sure you are typing the e-mail address in exactly the way it was given to you.  If you attempt sending e-mail to an address and it is repeatedly returned with an "Invalid E-Mail Address" error message, you will know the problem is with the address, not your internet service.
E-Mail addresses change due to moves or changes in web-site addresses, so if you are attempting to send e-mail to an address you haven't sent to in quite a while, or never, verify the address with the person or website it belongs to.
If you are positive that the e-mail address is valid, try sending the mail at a later time.  Mail servers do crash occasionally and they can cause e-mail to be returned to sender.
If you are able to send e-mail to other addresses the problem is not with your system or with our server, it's most likely an invalid e-mail address.
